As the events have limited spaces, last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect our business. Therefore, we would like to inform you that our reservation and cancellation policies are as follows:
• Payments are only accepted with Visa or Mastercard cards.
• We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive a valid credit card or a notification of payment within 5 days.
• Notice more than 30 days in advance: full refund minus 20% of the reservation for administrative and management charges.
• Notice 14 days or less, payment of 50% of the reservation.
• Cancellations 48 hours or less, payment of 100% of the reservation.
